The managing partner is Cathy Bridge, who set up her own business in May 1997. The business evolved into Bridge Associates, which was set up in 2003. Cathy works with tried and tested colleagues from the world of NLP, all of whom have been accredited by INLPTA (the International NLP Trainers’ Association) which is a worldwide body that oversees and regulates quality NLP provision.
